BAD JUJU, man. No bueno! The ONLY time I suggest using any type of cream like that is when an ear has been traumatized (like a rip, tear, frostbite, etc. Where the skin has been opened.) Neosporin can also be used as a scar deterrent (I’ve only heard of it, so I don’t recommend it.) so using it on scar tissue is kinda common. But no, using creams like that is really bad for a healing piercing unless advised. And Neosporin isn’t gonna do shit for your ears in terms of moisture besides make them really angry. Neosporin is too thick of a cream, your ears need to breathe…….
