First thing: Gauging gauging gauging. Incorrect terminology.
Second: Stretching your ears is totally different than cutting and starving yourself (body mod appreciation vs. intentionally hurting yourself)
Third: It’s not supposed to hurt. Especially to a point that the pain...

I’ve seen a lot of posts about not getting tattooed under the age of 18, whether in a professional shop or not. Real professionals wouldn’t tattoo someone under the age of 18, blahblahblah. Which isn’t necessarily true. At least it isn’t in my case.
