When stretching your ears, how big is too big? I ask this because a teenage boy came into my work today and his ears looked like elephant ears. I'm almost certain I could put one of my fists through them. So do you believe there's no such thing as "too big" as long as it's done safely? Or is looking like Dumbo going too far?
As far as i’m concerned, as long as you have happy and healthy lobes, you can go as big as you deem appropriate for you.
I mean, look at this beautiful man. Bear Belmares has beautiful lobes, and they’re huge!
When deciding to stretch to the next size, I always encourage my clients to sleep on their decision. My lobes used to be like 2” almost and I ‘regret’ it because they’re so OMG HUGE EARLOBES and you HAVE to make sure you’re committed to that specific modification. I’ve since downsized my lobes to almost 3/4 and I’m much much happier with smaller lobes. Also, with larger lobes, if you live in a cold climate, I’d be very careful with how large you stretch. The thinner your lobes, the more susceptible to frostbite and such that they are. No bueno! And stretch healthily. Seriously. No one wants to stare at your 6” lobes if they are uneven and grotesquely thin or puckered…
But can anyone give me advice on what credit card to apply for? I’m a full-time student, my credit is 0 because I only use debit cards and cash… So, like, help. Haha. What cards have you students and zero-credit-score folks had the best results and gotten the best rewards from? I’ve been Googling it but I want personal experience stories so I don’t get screwed out my ass applying and using the ‘wrong’ one.
Andddd I live in the US. If that makes a difference on anything. (So you Europeans need not reply. Haha. Aren’t our money/credit/loan things complete opposites?)
I understand that you guys think that piercing guns are bad. But let me ask you this, don't you think that if it was dangerous, they wouldn't keep letting people do it? I'm not saying it's a good thing to buy a kit from walmart and do it yourself, but if you get it done by someone trained to do it and they sterilize everything, I don't see the harm. I have had mine pierced 4 times and they never got infected. I think it would be more traumatizing to my 5 year old for someone to use a needle.
and they sterilize everything
Ah. About that. Considering piercing guns cannot be autoclaved as they are plastic, or made sterile in any way. Also, the harm? Okay. Lets put it this way. The studs they use are BLUNT. That’s right, blunt as fuck. Unlike a beautiful shiny new sterile needle. This therefore exerts a lot of pressure onto the area, ripping through and causing blunt tissue trauma. With a needle on the other hand, it glides through like a hot knife on butter. What i’m getting at, piercing with a gun stud is like cutting a well done steak with a plastic picnic knife. (Even though medium rare steak is supreme). And you need no training whatsoever to use a gun. Anybody in one of those shops can pick one up and pop it through. Would you trust an accountant to do something like heart surgery? No, you’d go to a trained surgeon.
Do you STRETCH your piercings? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! PLEASE REPOST ALL OF THIS!!!!
STRETCH make bigger/looser 1 [transitive, intransitive] stretch (something) to make something longer, wider or looser, for example by pulling it; to become longer, etc. in this way Is there any way of stretching shoes? This sweater has stretched. 2 [intransitive] (of cloth) to become bigger or longer when you pull it and return to its original shape when you stop The jeans stretch to provide a perfect fit.
GAUGE 1 (often in compounds) an instrument for measuring the amount or level of something a fuel/petrol/temperature, etc. gauge 2 a measurement of the width or thickness of something What gauge of wire do we need? 3 (also bore especially in British English) a measurement of the width of the barrel of a gun a 12-gauge shotgun 4 the distance between the rails of a railway/railroad track or the wheels of a train standard gauge (= 56½ inches in Britain) a narrow gauge (= narrower than standard) railway 5 [usually singular] gauge (of something) a fact or an event that can be used to estimate or judge something Tomorrow’s game against Arsenal will be a good gauge of their promotion chances.
DID YOU SEE THAT???? LOOK AT THE DEFINITIONS AGAIN!! You cannot “gauge” your piercings you fucking stupid child! You can STRETCH them. I STRETCHED my piercings before you could shit in a toilet properly.
P.S. THERE ARE NO CHICKEN BITES, SPIDER BITES, DRAGON BITES, ANGEL KISSFARTS OR ANY OF THAT OTHER SHIT! Viper bites go in your tongue! They are just flank tongue piercings! And they’re named poorly, because if a viper bit itself in the tongue then it would be a failure as an animal and it would die….as you should if you use the term GAUGING! The rest of the piercings in your lip are LIP PIERCINGS! Last, but not least…
PLEASE STOP DOING THIS!
YOU ARE THE REASON WE HAVE TWILIGHT AND STDS!!
GO PLAY IN TRAFFIC!
Here at AM we try not to ask idiots to go play in traffic. But. There. Now you understand why we do not call it gauging.
An why piercers groan when you ask for some form of bite.
