Well…. if self dones, septum piercing is too low, but lips piercings are looking quite okay. Surface seems to have curved barbell.
This article is to let you all remember that in quite every countries in the world, professionnal body piercing is for everyone + 18 .
BUT with parental consent, at the age of 16, even 14 for some cartilage and nose piercing, they can be done in a professionnal studio.

THE PROBLEM ABOUT SELF PIERCING on minors, is not only ” unsterile ” (in that case we don’t know, we just warn about) materiel, but THE QUESTION WE SHOULD THINK OF : What about the parents ? Were they councious that their teen has done self piercing ? or did they think she went to a professionnal ? I think we should WARN parents about that problem too, because too many parents don’t take this seriously.

an exemple, in my shop a mother came the other day with her 14yo boy who wanted an eyebrow. Basically looking like a child, she told me she wanted me to pierce him otherwise he would go to one of his friends, a girl, who pierce everyone with the same needle (safety pin or something like that) between the curses at school.
She took the problem seriously and knew he would do it either, because she was the kind of mommy that CAN’T say NO (they are a lot don’t you think ? ) and she prefered to , even if he was young, come in my shop and let me pierce it professionnaly with sterile material.

When i see all of these pictures that you send us, all of these videos all over youtube and co, i ask myself :
DAMN, WHAT ABOUT THE PARENTS ? Where is autority ?
When i was 13 i wanted a nose ring, my dad said NO ! when you will be 18 ! and i waited….. am i too old to not realize that society has too much changed in some years ?
