Q:Hi well my birthdays coming up and i asked my mom if i could get a peircing, and of course she said no, but i was wondering if its safe to do it by myself? Like what would i need? I could manage it, but im just scared of being caught by my mother. I was looking at getting/doing a nose piercing on the side. Thank you c: please answer privately. If you reccomend i dont, then ill seek that thats whats best for me.

Are you a professional? No.

Then it’s not safe for you to pierce yourself in any way, shape, or form. 

You may have noticed, but here at AM we are thoroughly against self piercing of any kind, and you’re actually asking us how to do it. 

Respect your mom’s views and wait until she agrees. There’s nothing more upsetting to a parent.

If you want a nostril piercing so badly, buy a pack of glue-on gems in 2mm and stick one on every morning.
