To those who think the word “gauges” isn’t proper for ear stretching

Did you know that some words have more than one meaning? such as trunk. It could refer to an elephants trunk, the trunk of a car, or a type of suitcase. Please stop being closed minded about terminology. The word gauge came about because you know the small plugs and tunnels you put in your ears? 0g 2g 4g and so on as they get smaller well first the ‘g’ stands for gauge. So right there The companies who MAKE your gauges refer to them as gauges. The sizing itself comes from the gauge (thickness) of electrical wire. So, PLEASE just because somebody calls them gauges doesn’t give you the right to criticize or make fun of them. They are just as correct as you are
