AWFUL MODS

A while back, I went and got dermals on my hips and back dimples. I went to a guy who I heard was good and has been doing piercings professionally for 20 years. He did an alright job with the hip dermals. They aren’t crooked, but they are a little low. My jeans rub up against the bottom two all the time so the skin is always red and pissed off looking. I assumed that he did a good job with the back dimples. I mean, the location is pretty much already naturally marked. He didn’t seem to understand the concept, unfortunately so the dermals are about half an inch below the dimples and another half an inch to the left of each dimple. They cannot be seen because my jeans cover them. Kinda blows. Surprise surprise, the guy only charges $20 per piercing. A few months later, I decided to go get more piercings but I went to a different guy. The guy charged a hell of a lot more than the last dude, but he was a hell of a lot more accurate with the placements and I couldn’t be happier with the way they look. He did a phenomenal job! Before he did the piercings, he asked if I had any others so I showed them to him. When he saw the back dimples… oh my lord. I’ve never seen someone laugh so hard in my life. Those were THAT badly placed. So bad that the guy even offered to remove them for free. There is my awful modification story.
