Overall, seriously unhealthy lobes. I don’t even want to see how nasty her other lobe is, if the one shown is this bad. How it can be fixed: DOWNSIZE, DOWNSIZE, DOWNSIZE, pray you don’t end up needing surgery to fix the blowout, and if you’re going to stretch again do some research so you don’t fuck it up again.
