Tattooing & Body Piercing Research Survey

I’m conducting a social science/public health research study on how people come to be informed on tattooing and piercing, if they’ve ever had any complications, what kinds of places they get tattooed & pierced at. Would you mind posting it to your blog? It’s open to anyone with at least 1 tattoo or body piercing (excluding pierced earlobes for women), and takes about 5 minutes to complete. I hope this research will be beneficial to any individual, group, educational or regulating body in creating safer environments for people to modify their bodies and increasing public knowledge about body modification.
