SUBMITTER COMMENT: I found this lovely video on youtube. From what I get, a group of daughters are piercing their mom’s nose with a gun, but it gets stuck so they use their hands (NO GLOVES!) to shove it back through.

WHATS AWFUL: Unsanitary environment. No gloves. The cigarette right after she is pierced. Not professional. Using a gun. OH AND THE FACT THAT THEY SHOVE IT RIGHT BACK THROUGH WHEN IT GETS STUCK!

HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: Go to a professional and NEVER use a gun.
