Submitter’s comment: This is a friend of a friend on Facebook. He stretched his left ear up to that size in less than one year, and as you can see, the damage is done. When looking at his more recent photos, I’m sure his right one is thinning out too.

What’s awful: a baggity-ass wrinkly blowout hanging out the back of his earlobe, which is terribly noticeable.

How it can be fixed: taking the jewellery out for a couple of weeks to downsize, and doing sea salt soaks along with daily oil massages. If that doesn’t fix it, then a surgical procedure may help remove what’s left of the blowout.
