Submitter comment: This is a tattoo done by a friend of mine’s younger brother, he’s only 15, maybe he’s turned sixteen, I’m not sure but I don’t think so. He looks like your typical ‘I’ll only ever work at hot topic’ kinda kid. He’s done all his own piercings and many of his own tattoos, including zombie versions of whinnie-the-pooh characters that look like they were drawn on with a bic pen.

What’s awful: People GO TO him, ugh! I’m always seeing some picture of some awful tattoos he’s done on some half-wit in my newsfeed. He does his work out of other people’s homes, in unsanitary environments and calls himself a tattoo artist. He’s not even legally old enough to get a tattoo, he has no business giving anyone else one.
