This is my cousin. I just found out that he “does tattoos.” I asked if he has an apprenticeship and he just laughed at me.

What’s awful: Not licensed, working out of a room, horrible tattoos.

How it can be fixed: Get an apprenticeship, STOP giving crappy tattoos
