Source: My Facebook newsfeed. Submitter Comment: I don’t know this girl very well but I do know that she’s either 15 or 16. She’s not old enough to get a tattoo in the states. I think you have to have parental consent at 16 but with her comments, (her comments are coloured in black) it doesn’t seem like she got it done by a professional, AT ALL. So, that’s even worse.  She obviously completely disregarded my question of how old she was but I am sure of her being either 15 or 16.What’s Awful: 1. SHE’S UNDERAGE; 2. THE PERSON WHO DID IT WAS “TIPSY.” How It Can Be Fixed:  obviously, don’t get tattooed by someone who is “tipsy,” and when she’s of get it covered up by a professional or lasered off.
