Submitter Comment: This girl is my brothers friend on facebook. I knew she was fairly pierced and had a couple tattoos, and she’s 16..
Why its awful: Although i know that she is beginning a tattoo apprenticeship at a shop soon, it may not be the most reputable considering she’s gotten tattooed and in Texas, (where we live) there is no way, even with consent that you can get tattoos.
As far as the picture goes its awful because she plans to begin to pierce/tattoo minors while she herself is still unlicensed.
How it can be helped: telling her to stop? frankly i don’t know how that’d work because she’s stubborn…
