This tattoo was done by the dad of one of my brother’s friends, on his own son, who was 15 years old at the time! His dad claims he is a professional tattoo artist but he has never had an apprenticeship, nor has he worked at a licensed tattoo shop. His Facebook states: ” For many people it is a very big step to go to a tattoo shop to get some ink done. I will tattoo you and home and will travel across the country to accommodate your needs.” Getting a tattoo done IS a big step, and that is exactly why it should be done by a PROFESSIONAL in a STERILE environment.  Most of the tattoos he has done are very similar to this one. They are wonky, badly shaded and it is hard to tell what the tattoos actually say or show. A lot of the tattoos are done on minors (his children and their friends) without parental consent, who proudly post pictures of his work on their Facebook and promote him to their friends.
