So today, after seeing two of my Facebook friends claim an online “offer” for $30 tattoos, I decided to check this place out (after all, you can’t get very good work done for a meager thirty bucks). Despite being an actual studio located some place in North Dakota and having some work that really wasn’t bad at all, most of their art  is far from professional looking. Wonky linework, nasty, blotchy coloring, and something that looks like a maggot with horns and wings. DEFINITELY talking my friends out of this one.

What’s awful: DEM LINES. DAT COLORING. AND THAT GOD DARN MAGGOT BUTTERFLY

How it can be fixed: DO YOUR RESEARCH, FOR GOD’S SAKE. CHECK PORTFOLIOS, CONTACT OTHER CLIENTS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
