Considering how much tattoos cost, I was curious just how she was affording these every week. Now that I see where she gets these tattoos every week, I’m sadly not surprised. What’s awful: First of all, the artist is not wearing gloves. Second, in the background, you see a bed and dresser, so they’re tattooing in a bedroom!!!  What Can Be Fixed: The tattoo artist should get a more sanitary working station and the poor boy being tattooed should find a new artist.
