Submitter’s comment: This guy stretched his ear from a 10g to a 0g in a little over a minute!
What’s awful?: He stretched way too big way too fast! At the end his ear is pouring blood.
How can it be fixed?: I’m not sure what kind of condition his ear is in now (probably terrible,) but he should either take the jewelry out or get his lobe removed depending on the damages!

Not removed! Maybe reconstructed if he’s had issues like that. Chances are he has a fuckton of scar tissue, which removing the plug and doing massages should help. - Kat
