Submitter comment: I came across this video on youtube a little while back.

What’s Awful: He’s getting his ears pierced in a mall via a piercing gun. Had he been in a proper piercing studio, being worked on by an actual body modification artist as opposed to this hack, he wouldn’t have fainted on the floor. The piercer would have known that fainting may occur and would’ve handled it accordingly instead of letting him fall to the floor.

How it can be fixed: Never get pierced with a piercing gun in a mall by someone who’s untrained.

Moderator comment:
NEVER get pierced without eating a real meal (like at least a sandwich) within about 4 hours before getting pierced. A REAL piercer will know that if someone is freaking out like that and acting like they feel funny/off/dizzy/whatever that that person needs to stay seated, take a break from being pierced, and maybe drink some juice and/or eat something small. -Kat
