He’d been counting down the days to getting this since about a month ago and I was looking forward to seeing what he got, I expected it to be so much better than this. If you’ve been planning on getting a tattoo for such a long time I would have expected him to go to a better artist and have a much more thought out idea of what he wanted. In a way I feel almost sorry for the guy. What’s awful? It’s uneven, the linework is dire, the shading. Look at the stars, they’re so wonky. Never mind the fact it’s so cliche and impersonal.  How can it be fixed? Well I’m assuming he could go to a more talented artist and see if they could rework it or possibly a cover-up. It could have been a really beautiful piece with a little more planning and a bit more talent.
