Submitter’s comment: This girl pierces her own septum. In her dirty room. Without wearing gloves. She ‘cleans’ the area with alcohol and then TOUCHES IT WITH HER BARE HANDS.

What’s awful: Self piercing, no gloves… the list goes on and on.

How it can be fixed: Don’t pierce yourself! (Unless you are a qualified professional taking all necessary precautions in a shop)
