AWFUL MODS • Hello, I live in Florida Miami and I would really like to know if any one has either been to Phat Joe’s tattoo parlor or either Green Machine. I’m very uncertain about the two, I have seen both of their portfolio but I kinda wanna hear others opinion the two. I’m planing to have a tattoo on the back of my neck but I just don’t know which shop is better for a tattoo job.
