(SOURCE) SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: In Torbay we have a couple of scratcher artists who are actually running Tattoo shops. This guy was run out of Telford in Shropshire and has now descended on poor Torbay.  WHAT’S AWFUL: What isn’t awful? Chances are he went too deep, the shop is unsanitary, the quality of his equipment and his ability are disgraceful which may have resulted in infection.
