SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: Came across some girl from my school on facebook. Found this gem.
WHAT’S AWFUL: For one, this was done when she was in 9th grade, making her 14. That isn’t legal here in Canada, even with parental consent. Secondly, this is done is someone’s dirty kitchen. Yeah he is wearing gloves but it is still being done in an unsanitary enviornment.

I got my first tattoo when I was 12 and I went to a great shop (and it’s the one I still go to now) and I had my parents permission and I live in Ontario so.. I don’t think it’s illegal, but I could be wrong.
