SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: This is a 17 year old girl I know in my high school. I asked her if she got it done in a shop (knowing that she was under 18 and there was no way she would have gotten it done professionally.) and she said “Pretty much. He’s a certified tattoo artist but doesn’t have a certified shop. Plus I’ve known his family.. blah blah.. excuses that don’t clean up his dirty basement.”
