(SOURCE) SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: My friend’s roommate has been tattooing out of his dorm room. WHAT’S AWFUL: No gloves, unsanitary environment (it’s a dorm room, come on), and I’m 99% sure he’s not a licensed artist.  HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: Get an apprenticeship, and for the girl getting inked- don’t get work done by a scratcher in a dorm room, or at least make sure he’s wearing gloves. _____________________________________ MODERATOR’S COMMENT: I’d just like to point out the tattoo on his arm, for anyone who doesn’t notice.
