An old friend of mine from high school… He’s insanely proud of this and gave no details on where/how he got it, but I’d be willing to bet he did it himself. Sorry for low quality.  WHAT’S AWFUL:Looks like a flexible barbell through a surface piercing. It doesn’t even look like it’s secured on the other side. HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: Go to a reputable piercer, get it re-done with a surface bar. Get it out before it rejects and causes more damage.
