Submitter’s comment: I used to go to school with this person. She’s a year below me, about 16 or 17 years old. She openly does tattoos on anyone who wants one. What’s Awful: The underage tattooing. She’s also covered in several tattoos all over her body that she has stated she has done herself or has had a friend do. How It Can Be Fixed: Don’t tattoo without a license and/or under legal age. Don’t tattoo others in an environment other than a tattoo shop.
