You’ll notice in the comments that she claims it’s a memorial tattoo for her grandmothers (while she threatens a girl who deleted her comment about how godawful the work was). She also says the reason it looks bad is because it’s still healing.WHAT’S AWFUL: What isn’t awful about this tattoo, really? She was underage when she got it done, the stars look like they were drawn by a 5 year old, the colouring is awful and patchy, and the letters (I think?) over the stars are basically invisible.HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: Go to someone who knows what they’re doing and get it covered up.
