That means they’ll rub and aggravate the gums and cause gum recession, which leads to teeth problems and huge dental bills! On closer inspection I think that’s a surface piercing on an inner lip and oh my god just no. NO! MY EYES! That labret on the far right is seriously embedding into the lip. A mouth of fail.
