Friends don’t let friends get pierced with guns!

When I was 7 I really wanted to get my ears pierced. My sister, being 13 at the time, was getting hers done, so my mom decided she might as well bring me. We went to this little place in the middle of the mall. It was pretty much one of those stands in the middle of the mall where they sell you shit, not even Claire’s. If I ever saw it today I’d walk away as fast as possible. Anyways, the lady working there pierced me with a gun. Not only was it incredibly painful, but she didn’t even warn me when she was going to pierce me. On top of that, my ears got infected about 2 or 3 weeks later. They eventually healed, and I still had my earrings in, but once they were COMPLETELY healed and I could take my earrings out to change them, we noticed the holes were crooked. 
And that is my terrible modification story~ Not much, but it’s still something. 

Every time I meet someone who plans on bringing their kid to get a piercing, or plans on getting a piercing I always tell them about how bad guns are. I’ve had several parents in Claire’s get mad at me for trying to TELL THEM HOW BAD A GUN IS, AND THAT THEY SHOULD ACTUALLY GO TO A WELL TRAINED PROFESSIONAL. Okay, your kid’s ears your ruining, not my problem, I was only trying to help. NBD.

I can’t follow this blog, because sometimes I can look at anything and some days my stomach just cannot handle the sheer disgusting pics that are posted..but I frequent this blog quite often.

I encourage anyone who has a “Fuck you I’m gonna pierce myself!” attitude…to PLEASE take a look at this blog. I know it’s kind of shocking and it’s NOT to scare anyone away from getting pierced or modified but it will show you what will INEVITABLE Y happen if you are NOT a professional and try to pierce yourself. It also frequents pics of ears on people who DO NOT take their time with stretching, stretch improperly, or uses tapers past at least a 2g size.

If you make the decision to stretch your ears, please please for your own health and benefit, research PROPER ear care and take your time. If you have made the decision to get pierced: 1. if you are underage, get your parent’s consent first and 2. go to a professional who knows what they are doing and can pierce you in a clean and sterile environment.

It is NOT worth it otherwise.

and HOLY SHIT, it really did hurt like satan. FFS. I thought “c’mon, it’s not the first time, and I manage pain really well, I even felt pleasure while I was being tattooed, I don’t even need to put ice on it before I pierce it” and I was wrong. Oh yes I was.

I didn’t know my ear cartilage was made of adamantium LOL the fucking needle couldn’t go through it it didn’t matter how much I pushed.. god, the paaaaain lol

but I did it. Hell yes.
