What’s awful: TERRIBLE initial jewellery, poor quality, butterfly backed (perfect for trapping nasties against the new healing piercing), and that it was self pierced by a clearly non-professional in non-professional means with non-professional equipment. Shoving a dirty needle through your lobes? Not cool.
Modification: You do it right, or not at all.
